Typically Facebook: the docs suck
I click on "See it in action" and "Android devices" (https://developers.facebook.com/docs/mobile/screenshots/android/ https://developers.facebook.com/docs/mobile/screenshots/andr...) and get a 404.

- joelhaasnoot 15y agoDefinately not hiring nitpickers or micromanagers. From what I understand, everything works in small teams. Knowing my own small startup, you can easily get swamped with bugs and issues and put off documentation and checking it till later, when it becomes an issue. It's bad practice, but with only so many hours in a day you have to prioritize. Nonetheless, someone from the marketing / developer relations should have noticed this. EDIT: Question was, how is this possible.
- Roritharr 15y agoJust noticed the same. This is another case of, how can this happen? Someone with more industry experience than me here that can explain how this is possible in such a shop?
- henrikschroder 15y agoThe good thing about that though is that it allows clever startups to offer a service that takes care of the horribly documented details of making a Facebook app, and let their customers focus on the actual app. (Guess what my company is doing)
