The city of San Francisco spends far more on homeless and health services than the entire country of Germany. I don't get where this notion came from that the US/California/San Francisco does not have a welfare system.
- netizen-936824 4y agoIn the EU does that budget go to recipients or administrators and people working with recipients rather than recipients getting money themselves? Which system applies assistance more directly?
