Unfortunately, a lot of people can't afford therapy... and insurance doesn't tend to cover psychedelic therapy. Hopefully one day it will, but we're not there yet. This will, at least in the short-term, unfortunately lead to widening inequality, where relatively wealthy people will be able to afford therapeutic treatment, while the poor will be left to their own devices.
