Compare these two statements: "Mr. Kim, you can transfer money between bank accounts using wire transfers!" and "Mr. Kim, if you wire money to this bank account and paper the transaction in this specific way, no one will know you are evading sanctions!" Both are "spreading truthful information." One is illegal, and one isn't. I think most people can figure out which is which, and I don't think that just changing the underlying medium from "bank account" to "crypto wallet" muddies the issue at all.
