- jleyank 5y agoBetter to let them quit then force they to stay and be sh*tty doctors who might end up endangering their patients. A mechanism for a leave allowing them to decompress and hopefully return would be a win. Particularly as many health professionals had to deal with covid and the hostility from those disbelieving it.
