Two techniques for addressing this:
1. Write down the fear so you can see it clearly and take control of it.
2. Reframe your action as testing a hypothesis. That way, you know you are on the path to learn something specific.
- adamhp 4y agoI have to second number two. Frame the approach as seeking to learn or understand something, always. You're not seeking to "do" something, because you'll end up "succeeding" or "failing". But whether or not you succeed or fail, you'll learn. So make learning the goal.
