Ask HN: Personal Task/File Management

I'd like to find something for iOS that does the following: stores documents so I can access then easily (e.g. scan of my passport); handles tasks where I can set deadlines and keep track of progress (much like a bug tracker); store this information securely and not backup to the cloud; sync to my Mac across the local network.
