Not if the inspection is done by American teams, just as though they were at the border.
- nomel 5y agoThe entire purpose of the border is to set the boundary for where the American government/control/processes ends and the Mexican government/control/processes begins. America shouldn't be doing their inspections on Mexican soil. They have no right or need.
