I think it's more of a "think what I (or someone else) COULD do", plus a proof that he's not bluffing. If you saw one of those three ads, you know that he targeted you with it, and this proves he (or someone else) can find you via data brokers.
- HWR_14 5y agoRight, but if the ads are to people over 45, white, male, close to the capital, that's pretty generic.
