Apparently, that's not what the contract says. It says just certain job titles can do that work. So it sounds like thr alternative is to pay the OT, which is at the discretion of management.
- mc32 5y agoAh, job titles... Awesome! Sorry, not my department --I could do it, but I'm not allowed to do it (shrug!) That attitude pervades the public sector an infuriates the people they are supposedly serving.
