It’s a pretty good list.
However, having the following as “red flags” is a “red flag” to me. Although I’d pass them, they seem more like cultural biases than appropriate measures of quality.
- “Has never worked with a previous teammate in a new company.”
- “Has never participated or built an alumni community based on previous experience”
- pawelkomarnicki 4y agoSome of these concepts sounds like “management from hell” handbook. Sure it’s great if people want to follow you but that also makes you a massive liability to any company hiring you: people will FOLLOW you. How that is considered something positive is beyond me: one day you hear “yeah I got a new job, here’s my notice + 6 different people are leaving too, lol”. I have seen this happen, it really shook the “old team” when one of the guys took all his work friends and moved to another company.
