Such a clickbait article with no duty to prove its hypothetical accusations! AI can generate a bunch of "Russia force may [war crime here]..." articles with no human involvement! First, white phosphorus was used on civilians in Donbas, so, are they claiming that the DPR and LPR militias were burning alive their own people?!
