Circulation problems are the worst because they act in slow but insidious ways, and can lead to loss of feet or legs due to gangrene, eye problems slowly leading to blindness, and very probably brain problems leading to dementia. Not a very nice progression at all. Type 2 and Type 1 Diabetes have different causes, but they both progress along the same path.
