If corporate IT isn't okay with you installing third party window management tools, I can't imagine they'd be thrilled to discover you're running some oddball OS inside a VM on your corporate machine in order to hide unvetted third-party software. Likewise, I doubt the OP or people like them would get away with disabling System Integrity Protection or loading untrusted kernel modules.
