- throwaway894345 5y agoI'm sure you weren't trying to mislead by sharing a cropped version of my quote which may seem more nefarious than the full sentence; however, it should be noted that the original sentence read: > I converse here on HN because the discourse is usually a little higher than the “middle school” level that you find elsewhere on the Internet. Rather than your edit: > usually a little higher than the “middle school” Edits like these don't inspire good faith discussion. Frankly, I think this thread has thoroughly outlived its useful life.
