What are we supposed to infer from this empty wayback link?

  The archived link shows $22 million+ in Ukraine funding since 2014. Today their database shows "no results found" for Ukraine.

        Edit: What a clanger of a mistake on my part, I read the wrong dates. My "earlier" snapshot is in fact a day later than yours. Disregard that part below, and skip to the final paragraph. Thanks. I was curious about the duplicate projectFocus params so I de-duplicated them and plugged the URL back into wayback, finding a snapshot from a few days earlier that is also empty: https://web.archive.org/web/20220226004405/https://www.ned.org/wp-content/themes/ned/search/grant-search.php?amount=&fromDate=2014&maxCount=100&orderBy=Country&organizationName=&projectCountry=Ukraine&projectFocus%5B%5D=&region=&sbmt=1&search=&toDate= https://web.archive.org/web/20220226004405/https://www.ned.o... I don't doubt the veracity of the non-empty listing you posted, but I don't know what's going on about the empty listings both shortly before and after. NED (and shockingly also USAID) is often enough involved in much of what I would consider the highly immoral work of the CIA, so I see your point in noting the funding, even if I don't think it's a smoking gun for anything in and of itself.
