The worst thing about Atlassian's Jira is the inane customization. Every software shop breaks another fundamental part of the workflow with enterprise customizations. Can't drag and drop a ticket directly onto the right column? Of course not, that would be productive. No, you have to drag that little turd manually through every single column and semi-column on the way there. On the plus side, all that customization gives some non-coders a job. Because there's always something that ends up needing fixing, tuning, and fixing again.
