Ask HN: Re: How do you organise/integrate all the information in your life?

Time has passed since the original post (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=12794292) New tools have emerged, but data silos still suck. TBL's Solid seems like a great future solution. In the meantime, I am thinking of building my personal RDF based knowledge graph and sync it with other cloud services. How do you solve this?
