I guess I'm confused on what they're gaining from general military training. I doubt they have a course on toppling foreign governments outright. If there is anything to be gained, I feel like they're benefiting from advancements in tactics that defeat conventional and guerilla militaries. All that to say, if there is a connection I'm curious to see what it is.
