This is just trolling. He doesn’t have any control over twitter, he’s just a regular shareholder. Sure he could maybe try and get on the board if he wanted to but the other major shareholders would have to be pretty dumb to allow that the way he’s behaving.

- mnd999 5y agoI can’t keep up. I guess the other shareholders are pretty dumb. It's pretty clear he's motivated by some ideological crusade, rather than increasing profits.
- nullc 5y agoIt would require a careful voting power analysis, but his level of share ownership may already make him the defacto owner of twitter. Certainly he isn't that far from it already and could get there if he wanted to.
