I tried getting into Notion a while ago (~ 6 months) and ultimately stopped using it, due to general UI responsiveness issues and their lack of a full offline mode. Really liked the product, though. I think they're working on offline support so i'm planning to check it out again when that is added. Edit: looked into this a bit more and they promised offline support "soon" as far back as 2018 so maybe it'd be a good idea not to be too enthusiastic about this...

Yeah, I'm using Notion a lot but offline support is really a missing feature. Whenever I'm on a train and want to use it I just can't, it's a real issue, but it's still a good piece of software. Though I'd really like to find a self-hosted alternative that is just as good..
