This isn't going to go away anytime soon if white folks, in govt or corporate America, are eager to shell out 5k/hr for professionally-moral white folks to tell them how to be more virtuous themselves. Seems entirely analogous to the Robin DiAngelo income stream playbook. It's a booming market, it would be surprising if more people didn't choose to pursue the social justice pulpit for a living with that sort of comp rates.
