Are You Working on the Right Risks (For B2B Software)
- skmurphy 5y agoWe developed an assessment a few years ago that is useful for software startups to measure their progress against a common set of objective milestones. Someone took it earlier this week and emailed me: "It was a very helpful assessment to complete. I assume if someone were to regularly complete this assessment one could measure & track progress using your scoring method. If this is the case, then its a powerful tool in the early stages to measure overall performance. Was this the intended outcome?" I had not considered this use case but realized that an entrepreneur could run it once a month or so depending on how much is changing.
