Congrats, propaganda has accomplished its primary objective. Convincing the population is a secondary objective. Its true goal is simply making the populace apathetic so that the regime can carry on with whatever it wants.
- yks 5y agoWhen people say they will never trust official/conventional sources again, usually that's a code phrase that signals them trusting egregiously untrustworthy sources. It's a generalization of course but unfortunately works like a clock.
