I can think of a route towards Wesman's stated goal: if you fire most of the worthless middle managers, and let the real workers work from home, then a majority of the workforce will be satisfied.
- A4ET8a8uTh0 5y agoI am not against it. To be honest, one could argue that the nation-wise remote experiment already yielded results.. we could easily extrapolate, who is an actual contributor and who is just there, because... reasons.
