The bit on detecting support for truecolor is clever. I really appreciate the list of terminal support and wish more pages did similar. I've been knee deep in ansi commands for the past week writing a library for interactive terminal applications when I can't reliably assume stty/termcap/terminfo is available to query and trying to figure out how to fall back gracefully is tough. One huge frustration was discovering SRM mode (CSI 12 h / CSI 12 l) which disables/enables local echoing of input only to discover that many common terminals don't actually implement this mode and rely on you to toggle that sort of behaviour out of band via a syscall.
