I am an energy person. Although I know the science says a fixed sleep schedule is healthier all-around, and I even understand why, I still don't really have the motivation to break the habit of "stay up on YouTube or whatever until I get tired, even if I have work the next day". I also sleep in pretty late on days when I have no plans, so you can imagine how much of a zombie I am every Monday at work, without fail, when I suddenly have to shift from "wake up between noon and 5PM" to "wake up before 9:00, don't be late!"
Look, my circadian rhythm is that of a night owl, but my job is that of a morning requirement, so "stay up until I'm tired" is a decent compromise between my biology and society's expectations of me.
(...I said "decent", not "good", okay? And I know I'm lying to myself, shuddup.)
