Climate warming is one of the main factor of the loss of biodiversity, but all the others factors are ours, directly: pollution, destruction of forests, intensive agriculture (pesticides, fertilizers), over-fishing... "climate dereliction and huge loss of biodiversity" ought to be mentioned together, always. "Global warming" doesn't sound terrifying. Like someone said (idk who): why do we give first names to hurricanes?!? Erika sounds like a pretty blond young Swede woman. Let's call them "the Sauron's Deadly Hurricane" or "the T-Rex Devastator Hurricane". Maybe people will then stop building houses by the beach in Florida.
