Hi! This is very much not the place for this question. However you are young and life is complicated so I will try to answer it anyway:
You should try your best to put this girl out of your head. No good can come of "confessing". Relationships must be built one step at a time - you cannot go from never having spoken, to declarations of love. Imagine how you would feel if a random girl from your school who you'd never even spoken to messaged you out of the blue saying she loved you. You would be freaked out! Your "craving" will not be satisfied and it will be unpleasant for both of you. I know how overpowering teenage feelings can be - you must resist! You do not 'love' her - you don't even really know what kind of person she is!
I am afraid that you have missed your chance with her. But do not despair; she was never for you. You are entering a new phase of life - you are going on an exciting adventure in another country, where you will meet many smart and interesting people at university, learn many new and important things about the world, and get lots of practice talking to people and coming out of your shell. You will probably look back on this and smile.
Good luck!
