I'm optimistic on the progress that has been made, but its arguable that many repair programs are hedging their bets to slow down or actually kill proper right to repair legislation.
"We don't need right to repair, we already have programs in place voluntarily"
Which is all fine and good, but in many cases leaves out important components that still can't be obtained or bundles them with unnecessary components in a non-economical way.
