For some reason, it actually refetches the favicon with every keystroke. Which isn't a ton of traffic, but it's certainly excessive.

- GlumWoodpecker 5y agoThis is a Chrome bug, it does not happen in Firefox. I replaced the icon with a 16x16 icon instead of 256x and now it also behaves as expected in Chrome. Thanks for the report! :)
