      Unfortunately, that's kind of often the case. If you have access to millions in capital for a home early enough in life where banks will give you the mortage, you're probably coming from intense wealth already, you inherited it, or you were dealt a lucky hand early on by making a lot of cash and not losing the job for the first decade of your adult life. That's not as true for smaller properties
