Mine is https://gavinhoward.com/ https://gavinhoward.com/ . Built with an SSG. Browsable with no JavaScript. (JS is used for things like hiding Tables of Content, or matching podcast sound with a transcript, etc.) I use compression to make every page as small as possible.
