This neatly sums up the issues I have with Windows, but it also misses the most important point. That is, the increasing contempt for user choice. On the few occasions I start Windows, it almost always demands that I enable their privacy invading options using a full screen prompt that I can't swiftly dismiss. It also bombards me with ads. It installs software I didn't ask for. It won't even respect my choice of browsers.
No other OS that I'm aware of shows this much hostility and contempt towards its users. It's the single most issue that turns me off from Windows in recent years.
