Sounds like an interesting concept.

They instead have an object-focused environment (PowerShell) with a foundation of composable commands (cmdlets).
>It turns out that answer to this is to install Windows Terminal.
I prefer Cmder (basically preconfigured ConEmu bundling some other programs).

There used to be True X-Mouse Gizmo but idk if it works in recent Windows versions.
