My own MP (I'm in the UK) has been willing to respond to my letters on climate change but not actually do anything. My plan, when time permits, is to publish the responses, and especially the lack of responses. Public bodies hate bad publicity. Maybe you can do the same.
- giantg2 5y agoI actually contacted an investigative journalist about some of the problems we were having (rights violations, judicial incompetence, police lying in court). Basically, the response was that they'd like the info and documents if it fits with a larger story, but that there were so many bigger issues that this story wouldn't be published by itself. Also they ran a story about the incompetence of the magistrates in the prior year or so (magistrates here don't have to pass the Bar or have a legal degree).
