Could be a fun ask HN: What would happen if Mr. Wolfram and Mr. Musk would have to share the same room for a while?
- emteycz 5y agoTesla Model W would lift-off from that building after a short while. But seriously - I think they'd find a common language. Both are set in their ways and these ways are far from each other, but I don't think they'd fight, verbally or not.
- isitmadeofglass 5y agoGood question. Wolfram shared some time with Steve Jobs once and Mathematica happened. /jk of cause, but it actually was Jobs who came up with the idea for the name.
- jazzyjackson 5y agoI know Mathematica was first on the NeXT, but never considered their meeting; anywhere I can read more about that?
