Yet even among this group of people – and despite the fact that the brutality of the war is becoming more evident by the day – the Russian leadership ostensibly can count on the genuine support of a substantial part of the population. Russians are a disgusting and pathetic people and I hope I get to see them starve in the street for what they did in Ukraine.
