- dv_dt 5y agoI first I thought you meant the San Fernando Valley in LA. It's not that the mass market tacos are inauthentic, the mass market taco is terrible bland food - see https://www.lataco.com/tag/guides/ https://www.lataco.com/tag/guides/ for examples of what one misses out on by going mass market.
