I curl my little finger and press Ctrl with the first knuckle. No hand movement required in my case. (There’s a picture of my hand doing this on Xah’s site somewhere, to which he’s added a warning about potential long term effects; but I’ve been doing this for over ten years now, with no ill effects noted.)
