Exactly this. By honesty I mean I will go above and beyond to make sure the client would be satisfied, instead of focusing on closing a sale. I get anxious and worried that the client won't be happy and will dislike what I have made. Therefore, a sales rep that can close and just smile would do wonders. Could have probably worded my initial comment better.
