- firstplacelast 5y agoEnough to put 20-30% down on a very nice condo/town-house pre-pandemic in HCOL area. That was my goal for the money. I’ve given up on that for the time being. I can rent for cheaper, so took a little chunk and had fun with it (I’m not a flashy person in other respects, I bought my car used for 15k 5 years ago).
