Generally in the US it is legal for a random person to fly a drone above your private property. Only some states and localities have laws against it.
- nitrogen 5y agoThis is something that needs to change ASAP. Drones are the worst kind of modern pollution -- acoustic, visual, and surveillant pollution all in one.
