I found a random USB-c monitor to be a decent hub (I used a cheap Lenovo, was great). No ethernet cable, however wifi is usually good enough, if not faster. If it needs to be Thunderbolt and money is no object, there is the Apple Studio Display with 3 USB-C ports.
