When I went to humboldt state in the 90s $60 was the going rate for the ‘one hit wonder’ that was commonly available from the local growers…or so my friends used to tell me. They used to have this harvest festival every year in Arcata which just so happened to fall on finals week which I found quite amusing. Oh, and the reports on the local radio where people would call in where the DEA helicopters were operating were also fun.
