Show HN: Tapgiant.com – Store Provisioning
In the past months I built a SaaS which allows small&medium business that commercialize physical products and sell them through small shops/stores to orchestrate their orders.
I got inspired by a friend that did all the orchestration using messaging apps thinking that I can help.
The product allows owners to create and categorize their products, manage a team that can place and deliver orders, to receive orders from customers and even export weekly warehouse exits for accountant.
It also includes analytics dashboard and activity timeline.
I've integrated Paddle for subscriptions (Initially tried Stripe but it's way more complicated and doesn't do taxes).
Currently no subscriptions can be purchased but Trial plans can be activated for anyone that wants to try the product.
Any feedback is welcomed.
- XCSme 5y agoPersonally (as I don't own a shop) I find it hard to understand from the landing page what it does exactly (maybe if I were in the target audience it would be more clear). I assume that the "small" shops target are not the really small shops, as those rarely have multiple employees or a "team" that can place and deliver orders, as one person is in charge of everything.

- tapgiant 5y agoIt's quite hard to identify the best words that describe what the solution does. Indeed this aspect needs to be improved. Will consider removing the "small" word. However, if a business has 3 shops & 3 employees, it's still small, right? Medium would be somewhere higher than 10 shops and usually administrating such a business can't be done properly without using some good software... I didn't actually expected someone to ever see my submission so at least that's happened which is nice. Thanks for the feedback!
