The biggest underlying issue seems that no feedback is acted on.
- cpach 5y agoYep. This is my take though: Why depend on exit interviews to try to gather (or pretend to gather) important information about your organization? It’s much better to foster an organisation where people can voice their opinion while they’re still employed.
