In my life this is a complete non-problem honestly. A friend just remarked how I have been wearing the same few t-shirts for years. They don't look worn or damaged either. Not any particularly fancy brand either. I just went to some store and picked a t-shirt that felt comfy and bought a dozen of em. For this reason I don't like these rules. Any rule has an administrative cost, and therefore rules should only be made as a last resort. I don't want some independent tailors or etsy creators wasting time checking boxes.
