I've noticed this is starting to happen with Github issues too. Scummy websites will scrape issue threads on Github, repackage them into "blog posts" with "comments" and rank higher in SEO. It just sucks that the solution to getting ranked on google is never "write good content" but rather "optimize for SEO"
