Never say never. Some perpetrators of these crimes are likely dead already.
And who knows what the future holds, maybe those frozen foreign reserves may not be comming back to Russia's central bankers, but will instead go to reparations and compensation to victims.

- number6 5y agoThe reserve and the frozen assets should be returned if and only if the Russian People send Putin and his hunta to the ICJ. The reparation part sound nice too though
